I rebuilt this pw80 last night and now I'm going to repair the clutch.

And which one did you "rebuild", the bike or the car?

I changed the oil, let's see what happens.

Well, that ended fast. The Kickstarter is screwed up.

Oh I don't know, pull the piston, replace the rings and pin, replace the piston. Ta-da, rebuilt.

Or, pull the piston, remove the rings and pin, melt the piston down, chemically separate the alloys, sinter the alloys, smelt the alloys, cast a new piston, replace the rings and pinion, replace the piston. Ta-da? Sounds like a solid afternoon's work.
