Putting on wheels, big problem

Hello everyone:)

Im going to start building my mini chopper in a couple of weeks, and i ran into a problem i dont know how to get over.:confused:

I know im going to have a little problem bending and forming a frame without a tube bender, but thats somethin i know i can get over.

My realy problem is setting up a rig for where the wheels would go, im scared that the wheels might break and fall off the Holding parts if their not supported well. I plan on using wheel barrow wheels for my chopper, but i dont know how to support the back wheel with all the mechanics like the chain and sprockets which lead to

I know that the sprocket needs to be attached to the wheel somehow in order to actually moove, But i dont want to weld on the sproket to some kind of attatchment. because if my tire or acle breaks i wont be able to take it off,

I was wondering if their is a simple way to attach the sprocket and wheel together without major surgery, kind of like a hub or something. This is my first time and all comment will be taken into consideration:D

Pictures of your rear wheel assemblys would reallly be a big help

thanks alot, it wouldnt be a big mess to drill a small hole in my hub to bolt it on

If you want a chance at actually completing the project, you will be using a rigid rear suspension. This is where there is no shock or spring in the back, thus it is rigid.
You will need a rear axel to see how wide to make your frame. Once you have that, then you can start welding.
I am assuming that you will be doing the forks seperatly.
If you want front suspension, then i reccoment buying front forks, if not, then you can weld them.
You will start your frame by making the motor mount, and go from there.
Then you can go to the rear, be welding your tubing, or fram material around where the engine will be, then the area for the seat, then th rear wheel assembly.

thanks that does help, but i gotta make the axle holder on the back very strong so it doesnt bend, I like ur desighn, but i was going to the mini chopper desighn on the DIY part of this website, the ones the admins made
