Nice frame. As far as the bend you mentioned Frame not being flat. I wonder if that will even matter, as long as it is not twisted. Either way I give you a ton of credit so far. This issue with the frame is why I buy my frames, I can never get everything True, Square. level, straight, plumb etc.

Well thanks Chancer. Appreciate that. If the price is right on the 1/2 inch plate I'll be building a welding table so I can properly weld frames and what not. This project has been fun for the most part.

Well i'm trying figure out my steering and spindle set up. I'm going to post several links with the arts i'm going to buy and would like to know if i'm in the right direction.

I'll start with the spindle set up first.

That wraps it up with the spindles.

Steering set up is pretty simple i guess.

How great is that kit? Will I be able to achieve correct ackerman with this style of pitman arms?

Thank you guys for all the help.
Caleb.

Or just get this kit. http://www.bmikarts.com/U-Weld-Spindle_p_1323.html Same parts as you listed. just in a kit. I think the spindle you picked is a racing spindle it is tapered, Or on a budget $$ get these: http://www.bmikarts.com/Spindle-with-58-x-4-12-Bolt-Side-1_p_1364.html
Oh yeah and the steering is way easier to just make than the 40$ ebay kit.
I am just thinking you just cut and welded your entire frame you have the ability to build your own steering set up. and spindles too for that matter. I always have made my own spindles, They are cheap and easy. here are some more complicated ones I have on both my Karts.

Not much of a update, but I received my live axle. Not going to weld the bearing carrier brackets till I get everything to finish the chassis as spindles and steering stuff.
