problems

Ok im a noob here and have a qu. i want to buy this older manco cart for my daughter. Its black and red with a subaru 5 hp on it but its leaking fuel and oil and it keeps throwing a chain thats connected to the torque converter, the sprocket and brake wiggle and slide side to side not much but just enought to throw the chain.. the kids father drilled a hole in the sprocket and axle to put a bolt in it to try and keep it from sliding but the bolt had broke would i have to replace the axle?how can i fix this and if you guys can tell me if this is a manco Kart or what i know its a subaru engine and its leaking from the plast pieace on the carb but the oil have no clue from bottom or side of motor some where thanx o and by the way the original color of the cart was green $150 but i can get it lower

i dont know what to say
buy new and fix it the best you can
and the oil leak you probably need a new crank case gasket.
