Picked up a pro Point 208cc electric start motor for a mini bike build.

Runs great, but trying to determine if it's charging. Will raise voltage at battery from like 12.45 to 12.55 when you Rev it up some.... But that's it. Expected like 13+?? For electrical components, I just want to run a small LED flood light & horn. Eventually signal lights and brake lights just for fun if I can. Ideally wanted an accessory wire to trigger a relay, but that seems non existent on this motor.... Could maybe use a different ignition cylinder? Anyone ever do this?

Thanks!

The charge coil is about what you got, to be expected...
This is meant to have a battery with it for the electric start, and it just tops it up a bit..
Might be able to run a light.. best have a battery with it.

On these motors, ignition system is completely separate from the charging stator. (Ie. Ignition coil is outside of the flywheel and charge coil is underneath the flywheel).
Off hand I'm not sure what is compatible with this motor, I think it might be a Ducor, but not sure.
