hey all, just got my new motor 212cc pred. does anyone no bolt size for the 3/4 shaft that my tc goes on ? my old bolt from briggs seems alittle loose and old. 2nd ? is how to hook up throttle cable to new motor. came with silver throttle lever but need to hook up cable, thanx in advance pine

Ok the bolt is 5/16 20tpi. should be the same as a Briggs.
The throttle hook up is pretty easy, It is almost as if they designed the motor for use as a Kart.

Between the tank and intake is a 1 screw hold down clamp for your cable conduit. and that leaves your cable pointing directly at a nut and bolt with a hole in the bolt to clamp down on the inner cable. This bolt is attached directly to the throttle. You then just have to loosen the nut that holds the factory throttle arm so it springs back to idle position. Always add and additional throttle return spring.:thumbsup:

Are you sure about the driver bolt? I would have sworn it's a 24 pitch thread. I could definitely be wrong though.

Sorry. I do believe you are Correct. 5/16 24tpi. It is 5/16 fine thread.
Wierd to me that on a Chinese motor that is a copy of a Japanese motor but... Yep it an American bolt.
