Just bought a 212 cc predator an put it on a little cart I picked up for 30 $ my problem is the engine idles to fast and the clutch engages .... I don't really see any adjustment in the carb .... Any word?

The problem is I back it out as far as it will go and it still runs too fast I hooked a spring to pull it back it is kind of jury rigged but it works I just need to find a permanent solution ..... Thanks for the reply

Is the engine NEW? If so, return it.

These engines have variable linkage and not typical "snap-back" karting linkage out of the box. Look up how to properly set up clone linkage through the search features of this forum. Likely you have the throttle set stuck, if not (and you have competently set up the linkage) go get a new one.
