To accomplish what? You can re-jet if need be, but it's pointless if your mixture is already stoich. If, on the other hand, your engine is modded to the 9's, toss that paperweight and go get a Mikuni or Tillotson or something.

i have a flywheel keyway springs and long rod. and i havent done any thing with the carb yet and just wanted to know what else i could do. i heard you can drill out the pilot jet? is this true??

The only need for drilling your jet would be if your engine needs it. Pull out your plug and take a pic of it and post it here. Drilling just for the sake of drilling might just harm your engine more than help

i drilled my pilot and main and it helped alot. i drilled it a little to much i see a little black smoke come out of pipe when idleing but goes away when i rev it not much smoke tho

it is the black piece under the idle screw adjustment. it just pops out i used a screwdriver to get it out and i drilled the brass piece at the bottem

I used a 78 drill bit on the idle jet and lost some low end power i switched back to the stock jet and got my power back

i drilled mine to .020 and got more topend the stock size is .015 or .014 not 100% sure
