Sorry I've been inactive for so long, got new toys in my garage so I'll most likely be selling off my kart. My whole TC & jackshaft set-up is a bit pieced together with parts from more than one source.
The TC is from here: http://www.gokartsupply.com/4044seri.htm
The chain, sprokets, and pre-assembeled bearings are from Northern Tool.
The actual shaft itself is from: http://gokartgalaxy.com/jackshafts_&_jackshaft_kits.htm
I got the 19" long 3/4" shaft.
Now, if you go back and look at the pictures I posted you will see that my jackshaft set-up all runs through a metal box that the engine is mounted on top of. That box came with the kart. I don't know where to get one but I'm sure Google can help you with that.
As for my exact belt, I used this website: http://www.gokartsupply.com/tcbelts.htm#203783A
The exact belt I needed in my application was: BELT 203784A
However, that is mearly the belt length that I needed, in my kart. Your spacing might be different then mine so please measure your own spacing.
I'm glad the pictures are still helpful. As long as I still have this kart yall please feel free to ask for any other pictures of the engine set up.
