So, a new problem has arisen. I'm fairly sure what's wrong, but not 100%. Whenever I accelerate or ease on the gas slowly, seems to take a second as I'd it were in neutral and then it snaps into gear and goes. I think the bushing I go and it's width is bit big enough because the belt doesn't fully ride on the bushing. About half on and half off. I'm fairly sure it's a 20 series (I'll take a picture when I get home) so I was maybe seeing if there is either a solution or if I need another bushing?
You probably have a 30 series, the 20 cast into the driven side refers to the ramp angle.
Your TC is doing what mine did. Mine ended up needing the spring and 6 nylon buttons on the driven clutch. You should be able to get all of that for around $20 shipped. There are videos on you tube showing how to repair the driven pulley, watch one because there is a specific method to pre-loading the spring that needs to be done correctly. It's not hard, but easier to understand with a video. I will post the video link later if necessary, you tube is blocked at my work computer.
