Predator 212 stalling out?

I've got a predator 212cc on my yerfdog off road kart. Whenever I'm ripping up the yard and I slide the rear end the engine likes to stall out. Ive done light mods to the engine before I installed it on the kart. Removed governor, removed oil sensor, modified air fitler and exhaust. Not sure what is causing the engine to cut out. I was going to try installing a pulse pump or jetting the carb to see if it is a lack of fuel problem possible "Lean Condition" but not sure if anyone had any input of what could be causing this to happen.

Picture of spark plug from the engine side of it. Please. But sounds like main jet is too small. Did you jet it ?

To get the proper spark plug pic you need to hit the kill switch while at full throttle for a few seconds. Pulling a pic after it’s been idling won’t help.

This might sound silly but how full was your gas tank? If all the fuel sloshes to the other side it can blip out depending on your setup. My friend had a kart that always did that so we switched to a tank with sort of sump where the feed was.

Even with a full tank or close to empty it would still cause this issue and the only thing I could think that would be causing it is the jet being too small and the fuel in the bowl not getting sucked up when I slide the rear end.

Oil sensor and govenor have been deleted. Modified air filter and semi modified exhaust but stock air box and muffler. Stock jet in carb.

I think the modifications are pumping too much air through. You probably need a bigger jet.

That's what my first thought was but didn't want to start drilling my jet if that wasn't the problem. I need to pull the plug and check it for Lean Condition but just haven't had the time to mess with it lately.

If you still have the stock muffler and air box on it, it doesn't really matter how you've been the pipe, or if you have the cover off the filter... It's not flowing any more than it was, unless you gutted the muffler.

Even if you drill the jet too large, you can always solder it closed and redrill to the original size
