Predator 212 governor linkage

I just purchased a secondhand go kart for my grands for Christmas. It appears the previous owner jury rigged the throttle cable and governor linkage. I’d like to get it back the way it’s supposed to be can I get someone to post a picture detailing how the throttle, governor, and carburetor linkage is supposed to be connected. Thanks

Geez, I thought I was the only one to make mistakes. Good to know I got company now!

As illustrated, the shorter spring goes from one of the three holes in the governor arm to a small "loop" under that manual throttle arm. The other spring goes over the governor rod then one end goes to the first hole at the end of the governor arm to a small hole in the carb butterfly next to where the governor rod connects. The governor rod goes through the spring.
