so theres 3 212 models: non hemi, hemi, and california non hemi. I read the model numbers go like this:
60363 - Hemi
69730 - Non-hemi
69727 - Non-hemi EPA (California use)
on harbor freights website theres 3 different pages, https://www.harborfreight.com/65-hp-212cc-ohv-horizontal-shaft-gas-engine-epa-60363.html
https://www.harborfreight.com/65-hp-212cc-ohv-horizontal-shaft-gas-engine-epa-69730.html
https://www.harborfreight.com/65-hp-212cc-ohv-horizontal-shaft-gas-engine-epacarb-69727.html
the first two are the same pages but a different model number, so the first page should be hemi. But it says nothing about it on the page. And I believe in both photos it show the hemi models. So my question, is one hemi? id like the hemi model and not have to pay the extra 50 or so bucks for it from a re seller. The pages might be geo locked and it wont show me the hemi pricing so if someone could help that would be great, thanks.

As do I. The easiest way to ensure that you are getting the right engine is to look for the model number on the box when you buy the engine. And I have found the non Hemi's to be pretty good motors as far as torque (not sure how long they will last). Also they usually have a coupon in their coupon book that drops the price to around $100.
