Predator 212 cc rolling at idle fast

Predator originally would start for few seconds and then die.

replaced spark plug, carburetor, cleaned clogged fuel hose.

I moved the linkage from governed arm to throttle linkage, now after pulling, the kart rolls at idle pretty fast. And hit my fence. lukely, did not get hurt.

why would it move on idle? What did moving the linkage to new position move the go kart?

So, when I move the linkage to the attached photo location, it starts and stops.

Moving what part to where???

Looks like you are missing a spring....
A thin small spring to the butterfly with the rod from the gov arm, then the larger long leg spring from the throttle plate arm to the gov arm....

it Is the middle link on the attached file. First and third are connected to carburetor.

i got this from my son and not sure if i connected the links in the correct position. If you know where they connect, that would be awesome.

I will switch the middle link and see what happens. Spring is closer to one end than the other. Being close may be enough to make the difference.
