that very much looks like a RATO shroud to me..
and if it is a RATO then it's should fit Predators of the same kind
(Hemi/nonHemi.. refer to the rato numbers to be sure)

But yeah if one could now find a source for powerland parts (since original rato parts are obviously non existent in your neck of the woods)
that'd make a e-start Predator a piece of cake, not?

Well in fact one could just get the powerland and forget about the rotaderp entirely ..
just mod it instead :D
