Yes it's slotted for chain adjustment. I would post prices but I don't remember what I gave for it a few weeks ago. And I have no clue what the other stuff is worth.

Plate is done for. I used it for some bracing. It is on eBay for $15 shipped tho. If you need one it's a gx390 mounting plate.
