Holy cow, your kart looks so bare land use.

I'll post some newer pics that show more tomorrow, but for now these will have to do.

Wow Bighead! Your karts looks amazing!!

There is one thing I noticed in one of your pictures - the very large fuel tank. Are you going so far with your gokart you need such a large amound of fuel onboard? :roflol:

Geeze! Hope the fuel doesn't go stale with that large of a tank.

Well should I take it off and bungie one on like your kart?

The Dingo seat would not let me use the clones tank on the engine. I had this tank and just went with it. I like it and thats all that matters.

Now, now. We've improved the safety of that, its held on by TWO whole bungees now

LOL, The original plan was to run a Large K&N filter in the middle of the huge hole in the tank. But I could not get it to run right with hose on the carb. The super large air filter looked sick resting in the middle of the tank though.

I cannot count how many time I poped the gas line off to fill my lawn mower though. Also if I see you on the trail out of gas? Guess what?

But for real the dingo's seat will not let you use the clones original tank in it's original location on the engine. I had this tank already and just went with it. I then used the tank on my other kart to make dual tanks. Why? I thought it was cool.

Same with the other kart. With the tanks off the engine I was able to slide the seat back all the way.

Yuuup! I've got a genny tank that's probably going to make it's way onto my ride. I like the fact that it's flat and wide, should fit nicely. Let's not forget another factor- you don't have to fill it completely...

I had no tank when i got my kart about 2 months ago. I took the tank off an 80's murray sitdown mower and painted it, welded a bracket to hold it and walla! It hold 3 gallons.

I will have pictures in a day or two, currently fabricating a new steering assembly on it. Cut off the old crappy murray gear drive and i almost finished the welding of the new stuff tonight.

I always seem to overthink, delaying the completion of my projects.:idea2:
