Hey guys,

Im here with another project. I picked up a 110cc bike, and a cateye along with a spare 49cc engine for 70 bucks. (I think i might have said 80 in the vid but it was 70). The 110cc i have no idea what brand or model it is. There is nothing on the frame, and i think it was a custom bike. There seem to be alot of crappy welds along the frame and the exhaust is just sitting off to a side. Hopefully it is a stock bike and someone can help me identify it. I only have pics of that bike, but in the video you can see the cateye.

I got the cateye started with some starting fluid, so then i knew it was the carb that was bad. So i took it off and brought it inside to clean it up. I was just gonna boil it in lemon juice because that has workes soo far for my other carbs that ive had to clean. And then i have to fix the brakes and the throttle and it should be good. this bike im not too worried about, its the other one that has me scared.

So yeah check out the video!!!! And if you have any info on that bike id appreciate it. Also put the bike up on a pocket bike forum to see if they knew anything.

Thanks,
Josh

Hey guys,

Even though this thread hasnt gotten any love i figured id still post some updates. Ive now gotten both bikes running! Turns out the wiring on the bigger bike was intact so i hooked up a battery and got it to turn over after cleaning the plug and using some starting fluid. Next up for the big bike is to clean out the carb, fix the throttle, and try and get the engine running on its own. :auto:

As for the cateye (smaller bike) I got it running and riding. Only thing is it has no brakes. (which is extremely dangerous on this bike!!! i found out the hard way doing around 30 and losing control ovver some bumps on my street. Since the bike is so low to the ground its hard to get good stability with your arms and i almost fell without a helmet... lol. :oops:It taught me to never go out without a helmet again.) But on a positive note, since i got it running i went ahead and started to pretty it up for resale... introducing, the red spray paint!!:stir:

Probably gonna fix em and then sell em. I need to get money for a "school" trip to california. Ill try and get it together tonight so I can post it on craigslidt and see if I can get it sold. As for the ktm ill have an update on it later. Currently at a stand still deciding wether or not to go all out and buy the parts I need.
