if you really do, will you show me a parts list? and hopefully they are a good decent low price.
(o.o)

i would appreciate cheap axle assembly stuff with a sprocket and easy "how to" info.
( i think im asking too much) i could probly find it on here but most forums "Search Engine" is terrible. i found my own thread !.. and all i typed in was "diy axle" ! my threads title has nothing with the word "axle" in it.

Well....I won't be buying much...as the "Poboy Fund" is in pretty bad shape...but I'll be making some parts!

Maybe you can find something to use at "The Poboy Store"?

Same here with my build. I will check out the store now.

ADDED: is it possible for you to custom fab the steering joints , and /or a rear axle?
ummm.. * thinking of fair price* umm... i mean its just pieces of metal with drilled holes and cut right. doesnt have to be curved. just dont try and eat the money in my wallet cause you will starve.

Soooo....like I said...I only have one bicycle wheel....so maybe it'll be the drive wheel. It's bigger around...so I can go faster!

I have a big dowel, some rope, some eyebolts, and plywood.....that should cover the steering...(except for the steering wheel) . Fortunately, on page 37 in the '1001 uses for Harbor Freight wheels' book ....it explains how to convert one to a steering wheel!

I can't just go out and buy an engine....so...it's probably gonna be a 3.5 Briggs and Stratton vertical shaft. It smokes a lot....but that's good! Between the amazing speed this thing is gonna move....and the smoke cloud...the cops will never catch me!

For brakes....I'm thinking Hanna Barbarra ....(more on this later).

I have a seat picked out.

Unfortunately, I think I'm going to have to spend some money right off the bat.....because I can't find my duct tape! (Besides, I'm thinking fresh is better....I don't want to skimp on safety! )

BTW!.....Kids.....don't try this at home....we're professional idiots with years of training.

i was going to suggest a motorized unicycle :D. I hope ur balance is good! and that you can handle a 3.5 motor jumping on your lap. Nothing a pillow wont fix.

i like your logic of the smoke cloud, but if its anything like a car engine you may need to look into that lol.
And feet brakes? hmmmmm... Will need to replace your shoes more than your tires, but it could work.

i would love to see the steering action with the old school rope steering.

lol . Dont try it at home. Try it at your friends house so you can sue the parents' homeowners insurance.

Still have a lot of engineering and materials decisions to make on this build.....

I haven't made my mind up on which wheels or wood I'm going to use...I have some Harbor Freight wheels....but I think I'll save them for a race kart, but IDK yet.

For wood, I really wish I had more balsa wood. It's pretty strong and lightweight. But the the main thing is....its gonna take a lot of balsa get on this thing!

I need some help setting up the front end. What do yoi guys think is the optimum caster/ camber angles? I've done a ton of research (like nearly a whole 5 minutes) ....but even though I found a bunch of information, ....it didn't jibe with what I thought....so, I thought I'd just ask again and again until someone gives me the right answer.....I swear, never seen a place where so many people all had the same wrong answer!
