That is a Bug Supersprint made by K&P manufacturing. It's had the front bumper changed and the steering wheel. It is very similar to a blackwidow kart. It qualifies as a vintage race kart and is valuable as such. K&P is still in business and is the oldest race kart manufacture still in business.

What would this be worth with a running B&S Raptor motor

No offence intended, but its worth what someone is willing to pay. The 4 cycle engine has no value at all to vintage racer because they arent allowed. With the original front bumper, trophy steering wheel, side nerf bars gone, that hurts ya. Remember, its not a antique, it was probable made around 1980. Most forums have stoped guessing at value now days, and I aint goin there. Shop around on ebay a see what others are going for.
Oh yeah, the original trophy bug wheels are gone to it looks like.

Call K&P they may have some, I dont know. If not they turn up on ebay once and a wile, or you can make them.
