Please help with Bearing carrier

Hi everyone can anyone tell me how to make a bearing carrier?
I have inquired about pillow blocks but the pillow blocks we get here are for big bearings and the inner diameter of the bearing that will fit into is 1.5"

The roller bearing that I am gonna use has smaller diameter,3/4"

they got some good pillow blocks with a 3/4" inside diameter. it will work alot better.

He lives in India. I highly doubt it would be cost effective to ship from the US to India.

thanks for your replies,well I know what it is, but can anyone tell me with which material to make it with?importing it here will cost more than the vehicle.

Can anyone put up the dimensions of it?

A good thickness for a bearing hangar would be 3/16"-1/4". Design is pretty easy. Get the flangemount bearings firs and use the flanges to make a template. You'll have to cut a round hole in the flange for the axle to pass through, and 2-4 holes appropriately spaced for mounting the flanges. The outside dimensions and shap of the hangar will vary based on the bearing size and kart mounting details. If you do google image search, you'll get a pretty good idea.

something like this if your using flange mount bearings,

if your just using normal bearings, a simple 1/4" plate with a hole the same DIA as the OD of the bearings will be fine.
