Thanks for offering to help!!!!

Can somebody let me know if I’m missing parts or how I put these parts together to form a functional disc braking system? I understand the pads go into the housing but the mechanics of the clasping has me puzzled.

Thank you!!

never seen a brake like that..
where does it come from.. maybe the manual could help us figuring it out ;)

okay the "caliper" needs the pin wich likely also fixes the triangular lever
(as a method of closing the caliper to clamp on the disc)
but that block to the right *shrugs*

Thats called... Azusa “Posi Stop” Mechanical Disc Brake caliper...
From your parts shown you may be missing a nut/washer...
But mostly complete...

I cant seem to find any parts breakdown.... other than these good pics...
there are others out there.. but not all that much...

Thanks Mac for jumping in ..
I couldn't find a manual and I couldn't even find the first image up there ..
I always ended with the DANA Posi-stop brakes for some reason.

But eventually I found this:

still less than I was hoping for, but better than nothing I guess ;)

[EDIT]
maybe slightly better:
