Planetary reverse shifter missing

I bought an off road buggy as a project, in reasonable condition but some Brocken engine mounts and scruffy wiring etc, so completely stripping it to rebuild it. One thing I have noticed is there is no shifter for forwards neutral or reverse, it does have a planetary box on the output shaft with a double sprocket on it but the linkage for shifting gear is missing, can anyone point me in the right direction?

Thats an external mount FNR box. It looks like the shift shaft has broke off leaving nothing to attach to.



You might be better off buying a new one from Go power sports, BMI carts or even Amazon.

I am not sure if it’s snapped or just missing, the casing is complete with threaded holes but the shaft just has a slit in it? Happy to go with a new unit but mine is a double sprocket can these still be sourced?
