Which would be better, 5in ODx .095in wall or .625in ODx .065 wall or .12 wall ( they are steel DOM tube)

im going to try to bend most of it with as little welds as possible.

.65 is fine. pipe is heavier, and in my opinion, weaker. DOM is expensive.
