This is the closest I could find http://wap.ebay.co.uk/Pages/ViewItem.aspx?aid=250562886032&sv=16mm bearing&emvcc=0
on Technobots there was someone asking a similar question and they said they couldn't stock them as they can't find a supplier. http://wap.ebay.co.uk/Pages/ViewItem.aspx?aid=190364568444&sv=16mm bearing&emvcc=0 you could use the bearing from this and put it in a pillow block. What I would do is get a 25mm or 1" pillow block, as they are common, and make an insert. You could weld the insert to the bearing
