lets see a pic of them... i think they should just pop in

Pics uploaded , the one side had a ball lock thing and the otherwise has a groove( not sure if you can choose it to be permanently locked in or temporary)

im gonna go with that the ball on the bearing goes into that groove on the housing by using that flat part to press it into the bearing until you get it to the groove

ok umm the groove in the pillow block is also for a lubrication hole( you cant see the hole in it sorry) and the side with the ball also has a hole in it.

Yes that is correct, there is a grease groove.
The bearing is like a captured ball it can spin in all directions. Put the bearing in the cut out area with the bore hole facing up. Twist the bearing to the hole area(where it should be when being used). That is it.

Ok so I mustn't match the side with the small ball and the other groove , thanks

Im not too sure what you just said..

I dont have a bearing on hand or I would show you.
In you first pic there is a square cut out portion on each side. keep the housing in that same position. Hold the bearing with the setscrew and grease groove facing up. Put into the housing holding the same way. Turn the bearing in the housing to face the open position, where the grooves meet each other.

I hope we are understanding each other. It is sometimes hard to communicate these things sometimes.

mmm so you saying the groove on the bearing must match the groove in the housing when it has been placed
not the hole and the ball on the bearing
