Pair of 12" tires/wheels for scooter/mini bike

I have a pair of aluminum wheels for a scooter or a mini bike. The tires measure 12" in diameter and 2" thick. They are mounted on 9" wheels.

The rear wheel has a band brake with all the hardware attached. I'm also throwing in the cable for the brakes. The rear wheel also has a hub for a sprocket with 4 holes. The inner part measures 2 1/8" and the holes are spaced out 2 1/2" across from each other.

The tires seem to hold air pretty well since I inflated them, they had been stored for a while with no air in them.

I guess that depends on how it's setup. I couldn't tell you yes or no, but I would think it's possible.
