Any kart can drift, you just need enough power. I don't think a 25hp low-revving engine with no gears is suited for drifting.

You know you could probably get some $$$ for that Kohler and buy a bike engine.....

If its the one I think it is its 1899$ in the northern tools catalog new.

Depends on what condition it is in.. and if its NEW UNUSED.. aim for 3/4 of that price

fix it, see if you can sell it. But i doubt u will get much unless u find the right buyer. If not just build the kart with it, nothing to lose its not like you payed 1700 for it.
