Eric you forgot, there is a several mile strip of Texas highway that allows you to do 85mph. Another benefit is, you can do the normal speed limit for towing, unlike Commiefornia where it's 55.

Yup Most all of the Texas I-10 We took from Kerr County to NM was 80MPH, My poor Dad had a trailer he had used to help my Brother move. He Did 80 From San Antonio to K A then had to do 55From AZ line to Riverside!
