Nope, that's just how auctions work. They have items and they sell them. Doesn't matter what condition they don't care. If you will buy it that's okay and pretty much ALL auction places work like that.

Except the one that 99.9% of people know about- eBay.
They have a buyer protection policy- you don't get what's in the picture, you claim.

Edit: wait is this only one company selling on that site?

Ok, I sorta figured this was one of those wannnabe eBay sites, guess I was wrong, different scene.

No, my family is big into the Auction scene. This one seems legit... Now, if it was one of those sites where it's $0.01 to place a bid I would say don't.. Sure, people get iPad's for $80 but that site probably made 4X what the iPad is worth on it since they charge per bid... Sad.. :mad2:

That auction has a complete 1948 Buick.. It has some rust issues but man would that car be nice.. It would restore nicely! Oh what a beauty... My Gramps had the same exact car but in Green.. Sadly it sat in their lot for a long time and then he traded it to my aunt and uncle for some broken dirt bikes... My aunt and uncle ended up having a real nasty split and they let their house foreclose and the Buick went with it. My dad and I had tried for years to get him to let us have it... lol... Well sorry about the tangent!!
