Nope, that's just how auctions work. They have items and they sell them. Doesn't matter what condition they don't care. If you will buy it that's okay and pretty much ALL auction places work like that.
Except the one that 99.9% of people know about- eBay.
They have a buyer protection policy- you don't get what's in the picture, you claim.
Well, that's probably the only one you will find like that too. And that's because it's ALL online.
