If i was to get these hubs=

4 x 4 Wheel Hub- 3/4" Step Down

Wheel Hub with 1" Bore and 1/4" keyway that steps down to 3/4"
1" portion of the shaft is 2-1/2" long
The 3/4" Step Down is at the Flange
(4) 1/2" bolts on a 4" bolt hole circle

And i was wondering if this would fit on this Wheel/Tire

I wanna go to live axel with some beefy tires on the back and for that price its a deal! Just wondering if the bolt paterns are the same and do you think that would be a good match or go for something diffrent. I am going to mostly riding on hard dirt and grass so i think that should do just fine. What you guys think?

I will be getting a 4x4 hub but i was just making sure it would fit. They will be powered by a HF clone 6.5 with a 12t clutch but im not sure about the sprocket yet i was thinking maybe a 57-66 in between there

the kart will weigh about 150 and i weight bout 160 so it will only weigh 310-325 pounds total. also i dont wanna get to big of a sprocket for gear ratio and clearance reasons. If those tires are overkill can someone recommend a kinda beffy and wide tire rim combo? Another thing should i go with hub and rims or a hub built in rim? Sorry for all the ?'tions just wanna get everything right

You should be good with that set up might take a little while to get goin. i would go wiith a 72 tooth.

You can calculate your gearing options to find your top speed here: http://www.diygokarts.com/speed-calculator.html (if your not planning on removing your engines govenor, enter 3600 as your RPM)

The best rear sprocket choice for you really depends on how and where you'll be riding your kart. If you'll be attempting to climb any hills or mainly be riding around in a small tight area with lots of stop and go type driving, you'll probably want the largest rear sprocket you can get for the best acceleration.

If you'll only be riding in a big flat area where top speed is much more important, the smallest axle sprocket would probably be your best choice. (for mixed use, chose somewhere in the middle)

To answer your "should i go with hub and rims or a hub built in rim?" question, I prefer separate hubs for the rear but spindle mount front wheels (with built in hubs) can be fine as long as their good quality. What wheels with built in hubs were you possibly considering?

Ok so i figured it out i belive. In stead of getting that setup i think im going to go with this

Rear Wheel Hub

Single flange hub to fit our split rims.
4-hole, 2 13/16" bolt circle.
1" bore with 1/4" keyway.
Overall Hub Length is 3-1/4"
Hub Length from Flange to End of Hub is 2.05" & 1"

Then with this RIM

2-Pc., 4-Hole 6in. Split Rim

Has 2 13/16in. bolt circle. Fits tire 410 x 6 and 530 x 6. Will work with hub Item#s 138291 and 13830.

OR
This RIM/HUB About half way down the page
6" Rear Rim

6" x 5 1/4" Rim with 1" bore 1/4" keyway.

I would prefer the split rim for easy tire changing but maybe thats not the only thing to look at.

Then Walmart (yes walmart) had what i believe to be 13x5-6 Turf Saver tires.(Cant remember only took a sec to look)

I think that would be a better combo because then the 6.5 wont be struggling to get me going. What you guys think?

13" tall tire with 12/72 gearing if running a 35 chain 10/60 if running a 41 chain

i run a 12/60 with 11" tire its OK but I dont climb ANY hills.. it ran 25mph goverend it runs 35 now NO GOV.

split rims are still a PAIN to change tires but can be done we used a vise and a large screwdriver.. to pry the tire off the rim.. (they fit REAL TIGHT)

Well i kinda want something that will be wide enough and tall enough so i can hit a little mud and go over tree roots with not having to worry if i was to go slow thru it or run over it. Where im going to be riding will be mostly flat grass/hard dirt/asphalt but at my friends house he has paths that can be a little muddy at times. Any other good cheap tires? This is really bugging me... Once i get a combo together i can stop thinking and thinking about it. (Almost affecting my sleep sometimes lol)

get the 4.10x3.5-6 12" tall 4" wide good height and width yet still skinny enough to spin.. I want my tires to break loose a little rather then bogging down...

lol people told me that that is to small of a tire for rear then other people tell me its a perfect rear tire size. (Not anyone on here, My firends/co workers) I just love the look of wide tires on the back. Do you think 2 inch more wide by 1 inch more height will have a big impact on speed/ acceleration? OH BY THE WAY THANKS FOR ALL THE HELP ALL YOU GUYS BEEN SO FAR!!!!! Sorry i act like im "arguing" about it, im not just alot of ?tions.

How about a 12/68 ratio? The speed calc it says my top speed will be 25mph. That right about what 1992 said his was at before he removed the gov.
