Heat the fuel first, helps it atomize in the carb. Figure out how to run the fuel line literally through the muffler for best results.

Wrap copper tubing around the muffler a few times....

Better yet, spray a little fuel into the muffler, it'll be like a turbo boost.

That looks like vapor lock on steroids.
