you guys remember prolong? they would run the engine with it in the oil for however long, then take and drain the oil, or straight take the pan off. it would stay running. then they would dump 5 gallon buckets of sand in the motor. when i first saw it i was wowwed. i knew a few people who did the tests themselves, but i can't remember what they said happened. baja, really, -30 (-22f) celsius? are you insane? they tell me that if you are outside for more than like a min in -50f , you will have massive frostbite, if you aren't dead. and you are playing in it. with the wind chill, if your kart avgs 30mph, you are at -52. oh yeah, duh. when i first got my engine, i bought a quart of 50wt racing oil (valvoline i think). now i have some cheap 5w30. get either a magnetic drain plug or install a mag inside the block to catch the ferrous metal.
