...I`m really thinking TC problem?!? It`s my Brothers ride, 2 11y/olds riding it. 6.5 Tec....not sure of model #! I`ll try to upload a couple 3 pix

It could be an improperly fitting belt (but I doubt it) or the TC could just need a good service (the more likely cause); have a read of this & see how you go...

Give it a bit of TLC and see how it performs.

IMO... (in this case)... Id have to say the lurching is possibly due to the belts riding surface being uneven probably in texture... thus after is warms up and the belt softens slightly, things probably smooth out. Id say a cleaning of the pullys is in order... atleast for 'this' issue. Any neglect will cause 'other' issues to arise in the future.

I would just also make sure that the driven cam has not moved passed the buttons
