Dude, that's coming along nicely. Looking good man.

With that color, you should name that kart Bruce Banner. "Don't make me angry. You wouldn't like me when I'm angry."

Race Kart chassis either this Red or black, Maybe Black/green

i gotta post that project too lol, I have had so much fun doing this for my son i picked up a Race chassis for myself that needs some TLC but its a decent rolling chassis and still has the Bodywork

Haha, cool. Kids are awesome. My little one is nuts for Spiderman.

I have one of those 6.5 Predator's too. Haven't modded it too much yet, but I have to jet the carb because I've got a header and UNI filter on it... plus, I just got a mikuni DF44 fuel pump to slap on there too. Probably get a 22mm mikuni carb at some point as well.

This stuff is fun. Just got a kart off of CL today too. Can't wait to hot rod that ish out as well. But it's got a Honda GC160... which there aren't many aftermarket parts for. Not like the GX engines anyway.

Have fun man. Look forward to watching your progress. That engine is looking sweet so far.

I hope the plan is to keep the speed of that thing under 10mph, otherwise, you'll destroy those tyres (& quite possibly the rims/bearings) in about 5 minutes...

Been Busy busy @ work, and loss of daylight here because of short winter days but im still working on her, i could not find a seat for a good price for this kart so i fabricated one.. its my 1st lol.. but i really like how it has turned out. Seeing as all i have is a Arc welder, Grinder, and a High speed cutter haha Ordered the seatbelt off ebay threw that on too Painted the bolt green that holds the seatbelt to match the frame, just the little details.. also used all Stainless steel in steering and other components and hardware.. near completion now :)
