Hi,

My name's Brian, from Ontario, Canada. I'm 51 and picked up a little Z-Star 110 cc off-road kart last year. It hasn't taken long to decide it's too ****ed small but till the money starts falling off the tree it'll have to do.

One good beating last summer shook everything loose - broke the exhaust at the flex pipe, lost a motor mount and blew all casing gaskets. Needless to say, it's now apart awaiting a refit.

It's an awfully simple little machine but can I find a new exhaust pipe for it? Not on this planet. so that's the help I'm after on this site - be it a custom fab or store bought.

Brian

p.s - grew up dirt bikin' and have a '78 Suzuki GS750 in the garage.

Chances are your engine is a Chinese copy of the 90/110 cc. engines Honda used on 3-wheelers (and the Trail-90 type models) back in the 1970's. So one option might be to find a pipe made to fit one of those Honda models and install it on your kart.

Pics will have to wait. It's a 4 stroke and yup - I believe Chinese. Pretty simple little machine - came with a spare motor - so should be able to rig something for the exhaust.
