Rusty Bolt has returned, this time it broke. Any suggestions other than welding the joint together? Maybe an inside tube arbor? I'm not sure what's inside the cage tube the bolt fastens to, probably an expanded plug of some type. Every other bolt came out when I went to remove the roll cage to paint the kart except this one. I was thinking a corner brace might work. Appreciate any suggestions or solutions. Thanks.

I'm looking into something like this. Hoping to avoid drills, taps, heat wrench. Not worth it on this heap.

Thanks for the suggestions.

That Gridlock clamp thing " might " work, but it looks straight out of Disneyland. Mickey mouse all the way. Master Hack and Whitetrashrocker both offered better solutions in my opinion. Keep it looking professional if at all possible.

Thanks to everyone that offered suggestions. Ended up drilling the broken bolt out then using a 5/16-24 tap. I hope there's enough meat in the slug to hold the new bolt. Gonna pick up a bolt that matches the broken one, this one is a test bolt. Been a while since I had that much fun.
