Old Aluminum Wheel Identification

I did discover from my thread over on the Build Post, that Azusa makes a tri-star similar to the one I have pictured, but does anyone know who made the six spoke wheel pictured? Or what it would have came on? I have a few 4" and 5" of those. I'm trying to decide which to go with (if I can even source something similar to the 6 spoke), for my "$25 Kart build".

maybe both?

a thread asking for id and NOT showing the pictures,
to ask others to go hunting for the image he's refering to...
without even linking or pointing in the rough direction.
..not a fan!

Not sure why the pictures didn't attatch? I wouldnt have created a post asking to identify wheels, and not show a picture of them. And i really didnt have a choice on the wheels. Trust me, i would not purposely smash them, but i do not own a puller large enough to try and pull them off. Here are the pictures. Sorry again they didn't attach origialyy.

it was an honest mistake. I really dont know why the pictures did not stick originally. I was not asking anyone to go hunting for images. Sorry for the misunderstanding.

If you hit the wheel with a punch from the inside as close to the axle as you can get it you'll have more luck getting it off without breaking it. Or heat it and then beat on the inside edge.IMG_20190309_191930_114.jpg
What we did with this one was set it up on a yable with a hole in it and had two pieces of angle iron benieth it and beat on the axle until we in this case drove the inner piece out of the wheel. Then heated and removed that.

I would have liked to have approached removing them differently, that's for sure lol. But I am limited to room where I am working on it at. And I heated them up with a torch and soaked them in PB Blaster, but they still did not budge. It was just the 2 inner halves I had to remove on each side. Thank you very much for the advice with the punch. Hopefully I don't run into this in the future, but if I do, I will try and utilize that method

No worries... it's just the viral-situation annoying me,
and minor (very well forgiveable) mistakes make my eyes roll..
much quicker even than usual these days ;)

my answer remains the same though..
those six-spoke (well actually disc wheels ;)) are Manco wheels and they likely were on that orange Manco 400 you got.

smashing rims is never good.. and seldomly required.. penetrating oil and patience is more often than not the way to remove them without destruction.
layed eggs...
and since tri-stars are no vintage rarity and can still be replaced with new ones today.. you only spend more money than anticipated by smashing them.

So again, don't worry too much, it'd be much harder to find a manco rim for example.. smashing gopowers or hands however is blasphemic and the vengeance of the karting gods will come over you..
so better don't make that a habbit :D
