I hope these help. I have a lot of parts on the live axel that look in terrible shape and really need to get parts. Maybe I don't need to know the make/model of this frame to get parts... not sure. This is a little more of cart frame than I am used to.

Looking to put 6.5hp pressure washer motor on it that I have laying around. Not sure if I need a torque converter or not.

It's definitely an Offset chassis made for oval track racing. There were like 20+ different companies manufacturing oval racekarts and I'm not sure what brand, model & year yours is.

The guys at the bobs4cycle forum specialize in ovalkarts and would probably know for sure if you posted another thread asking there. Here's the link:https://4cycle.com/karting/forums/general-karting-discussion.3/

PS: I'd suggest you stand/lean the frame up against a light-colored wall a take a better pic showing the whole frame to post your new thread over there. And then also include the first 2 pics you posted here

We'd need to double check but your axle components should all interchange with other brands.

Are those the only parts you need, or are missing?

Many thanks for the advice / assistance here! So I am not sure is this is even the right frame for me to put together. I would not be putting this on an oval track. Far from it. I guess I could set it up straight and it would turn both ways pretty evenly eh? I would just want a little larger tires on it in case I did drive it through the yard.It wouldn't bottom out...IDK...

As far as parts go...I don't think I really need any 'real' parts if I decide to just use what it has. The parts fine as long as I clean them. They're just rusted to --hit. The entire live axle, key locks, bolts are just rusted, pitted, probably rusted into one piece of metal now...The rear bearings and cassettes I do think are in terrible condition. That is what I would need to replace.

I am working on getting the motor, clutch/drive sprocket, chain together.

That's why I also eluded to maybe using a torque convertor??.. Not sure..

Thoughts??? Worth putting the money into or no?

If you want a laugh, take a look at this rust on the live axle

I used to race an offset kart on dirt oval tracks. Mine definitely turned left better than right but it still turned right just fine, turned right way better than most any live-axle yardkart.

You could install 13" or 15" turf tires but you'll still only end up with like 2" to 4" of ground clearance, so...

Yep you could install a torque converter, probably just need to move the seat over a bit further for more clearance. T/C's are quite a bit wider that centrifugal clutches.

I've been running across folks taking about how good some of the rust dissolving products work lately, you might research that for your axle.

Might find lower prices shopping around, but I always had really good luck buying online parts
from here: https://out2win.com/catalog/index.html

Depending on how much you got into it now, might be worth fixing it up/reassembling even if its just to re-sell.

Ok. Let me get the axle cleaned up. I don’t think the rear bearings are supposed to turn inside the cassettes
