oil ?

This has a howhit 150cc engine very similar to the gy6, I couldn’t find out what oil to use or how much, I bought synthetic 10w-30 4 stroke oil would that work, and how much should I put in.

This was taken from an American Landmaster GY6 150cc service manual. Should be the same as yours.

Research first, then buy.

Oil choices depend on two things usually, the engine type (air cooled or liquid cooled) and local climate. A cold climate favors light oils and a hot climate favors the heavier 40-50-60 weight oils.

You can probably get by with what you bought though, but manufacturer recommendations are important.

Forgot to add, air cooled engines favor a heavier oil in a hotter climate so the oil doesn't thin out too much at normal engine temps.
