Hi, i was wondering if it was safe to run a little bit of lucas oil stabilizer in a honda gx160.

If it's stock, and you change the oil at the called for intervals, you shouldn't need it. That engine is designed to run AT THE GOVERNED RPM all day long only needing conventional motor oil; nothing fancy needed.
Unless you've turned it into some kind of fire breathing race machine, I'd say save your money and keep changing the oil as called for.
