Oil Change on Manco 606

The newbie questions keep on coming. Didn't think changing the oil was going to be a problem that would require input but....

To get to the drain plug I'd have to remove the motor as the jack shaft blocks the plug. Could I use a transfer pump and stick the hose in the filler hole?

Yes, you can use a pump but, there should be two drain plugs, one at either end of the engine

Thanks - there is a drain plug on the opposite side as well.

Actually some decent engineering as the top cover on the kart has a channel to direct the oil to the side so you can actually collect it more easily.
