I'm learning from youtube mostly. Definitely getting better but haven't done much with aluminum. Making some jigs to straighten a bent frame today.

here are some outside corner runs with no filler rod, I'm impressed!

I've also run a couple outside corner edges on the 1.25" square tube I work with frequently and that tells me how I'll be doing that from now on!

Looks good. I like how much you can control your welds, just wish the welding gas wasn't so expensive.

Argon and mixed gas is much cheaper than Acetylene and pure Helium(not balloon gas) for welding, especially aluminum.....
