Buying trailer spindles and hubs. Going to build my own knuckles, copying Redbeards garage. View attachment 152240
Hi, I'm new here, first msg actually. i've thought of using trailer hubs forever, easy to do the front, but, how to you lock the rear hubs onto a shaft? i've watched red beard many times, but i have not seen him attach a hub like that to an axle. thank you, Robert

Got my new needle jet in the mail yesterday and started tuning again. Got the idle jet dialed in. Using a 27.520260604_185354.jpg

Gotta say, it is one of the coolest and stout looking builds in a long time. Can't wait for video of it ripping up the trails!

Got to update that ORV tag it appears. The crown needs their cut.

Some, around the property. Close by there was a super steep hill/burn messed around on some. Most of the driving was tuning the carb.

well, today after work, i picked up a 1995 Kawasaki Ninja 600cc engine, with all the wiring, rad, complete brake system, exhaust, carbs, etc. good price too, it's going to rain for a week, so it may be a good time to spray the engine with soap and begin washing it. everything came from a perfectly running motorcycle, a guy bought the bike to build a shifter kart, took the bike apart, sold all the unwanted stuff off,, had everything labelled, bought steel for a chassis, bought plans off the internet, and all sorts of other stuff, then he lost his job, and slowly over a year began selling everything off just to get by, what i bought was all he had left, good deal at 350.00, he even showed me a video of the bike running, revving, riding. my new Polaris RZR steering rack and all new attached parts came in today, as did other parts. I have spent a lot of time designing the chassis on my laptop, maybe overboard, maybe a good looking chassis, maybe not, i'm trying my best
