Alright so I replaced the head gasket my my baja 90 and upon doing so I think I may have thrown the valve timing off somewhat. I currently try to start it and wont but also can here like a hitting sound and doesn't sound like before. Can you'll help me getting it right? Also I did not mess with the flywheel chain or anything in the rear only the front cam sprocket.

Your timing is definitely buggered, Get a manual and find out what your timing is supposed to be set at. It you hear a knocking DON"T continue to crack the engine or your gonna destroy your values.

I opened the head again and found that the lower exhaust valve is hitting the piston which definitely mean timing off and I will try to search for it. Hopefully others can chime in with manual help. Thanks

I'm sure the valve is bent. Try lapping the valve if it looks straight.
