Anyway when at a stop when I dump the gas it will bog i can only give it about half throttle and it will go then i can dump the gas any ideas? The clip on needle was in middle this is second time moving it to lean out thinking that was issue but no luck

i think you might need to up jet the idle circuit, have you tried messing with the mix screw?
if you havent try to turn it out or in a turn or two, and see if it improves any.

other than up jetting, try cleaning the carb, as there might be some junk in the tank.

Sounds like TM24 which has "air screw". You need to tune that style of carb starting with the pilot circuit, then the midrange and then the main jet, keep in mind each circuit is effective within a certain throttle position and has little to do with rpms, pilot from off idle to about 1/4 throttle, mid from 1/4 to 3/4 and the main is 3/4 to WOT and each circuit needs to be tuned individually and then tweaked to work with each other where they overlap. The problem with the term "bog" is that it could refer to lean or rich bog, lean sounds fluttery (almost hollow in a sense) and rich sounds blurbly, you'd probably see a belch of black smoke too. Best thing to do is adjust pilot to each extreme (1/2 turn out from lightly seated then 3 turns out) and see which way is better and which is worse to get an idea, the ideal setting is in between 1 and 2 turns out so you can make adjustments as the days weather changes but you need to have an appropriately sized pilot jet for that to work. With the needle, start rich (clip down-needle up) but lower it a notch at a time. They can be a bear to setup even when they're on the motor they were designed for but I find once it's set up you rarely have to mess with it.

I have moved clip 2 lean it out twice on needle because the spark plug was black black that helped with the spark plug getting so black the air screw I tuned it or tried numerous times it made no difference with the take off. So literally I guess I would not even call it a bog it almost just goes silent if that makes sense

Tear that carb down and clean every single port and passage, make sure the holes in the pilot jet are all clear also. If the holes in the pilot are clogged no air will make it into the pilot circuit, it works similar to a emulsion tube. You may need to buy various pilot jets and experiment if you're still not making progress. Hows the float level? That could cause it to run rich if its out of adjustment

So I have a 24mm mikuni flat slide it had three pink hoses coming off of it I noticed the one a decent amount of gas comes out of is this normal

One hose should be a fuel bowl overfill drain.
If constantly pouring fuel....

A.) the float needle isn’t seating properly and the fuel doesn’t stop filling the bowl when the float is at the correct height.

B.) the float itself is set at the wrong height. There should be a little metal tang that connects the float to the float needle. Bending that tang will adjust the height of the float required to stop the bowl from filling with fuel.

Try tuning the pilot circuit to give best starting, idling, and just off idle performance. Don’t worry about the color of the plug until you start tuning the main jet.

To enrichen the pilot system you can...
A.) Turn the airscrew IN. This limits air, which “chokes” the mixture.
B.) Use a bigger pilot jet. Allows more fuel.

If you YouTube “pilot screw adjustment” or “air screw adjustment” there are a bunch of good videos explaining how to tune the pilot circuit.
