I'm new to the forum and am from the Wilmington area. Building 5 karts right now with the kids. 3 are in the rebuilding process, 1 runs and will be rebuilt next fall, and the 5th was a parts kart I picked up and I will eventually make a street kart out of it. Jumped in head first as I have always wanted a go kart as a kid but never was able to have one. Each kid has their own that they are customizing and doing how they want within reason. The only thing I'm having an input on in the karts is the motor and whats done to it. Its been a blast so far but a huge learning curve. I have ordered and re ordered so many part I just about have enough to build a kart from scratch. Finally learned what questions to ask and have been getting the right stuff needed. Looking forward the forum and posting some pics on it.
