yea its single cylinder. the only numbers i can find are S2B-35B1-RD and G402-109603 hope that helps.

My search turned up, the g402 is the serial number beginnings for the SUZUKI QUAD RUNNERS.

Yup looks like a newer-ish quadrunner engine, maybe a 250/230?

has anybody got a wiring diagram for it.

I searched the net for a free wiring diagram and didnt find any. There seems to be serveral sources to purchase/download Sukuki manuals with wiring diagrams but we need to confirm your exact year and model first.

It seems Suzuki used diferent Vehicle identification numbering systems for bikes exported to some countries, but meyby you can figure out your year and model at this site: http://www.motoverse.com/tools/vin/suzuki.asp

I cant find the VIN number, its not on the motor and i dont have the frame.

@anderkart the link needs the vin number and i could only find 2 wheelers on that site, my suzuki motor was from a quad, the motor is 158cc if that helps.

I searched Suzuki quadrunner 158cc and found this www.suzuki.co.nz/ATV/Farm/Quadrunner+160/ , do you think that this is my engine, and if it is could sombody please find a engine wiring diagram for it and post it on this thread.

You might try going to a Suzuki dealer with the engine and asking the shop guys if it looks familair. You could also look at the new bikes / quads to see if there is a match. It is hard to tell from the photos, but it looks like a ~100 -> 200cc in size.
