So I have been surfing this forum and posting for a few months. During that time, I have been building my own bar stool cart for a pit vehicle at the track where my brother races his drag race car

I need help -
1> I have the harbor freight blue 6.5 hp 197cc engine and need pictures / tutorial showing me how to hook up the throttle cable.

2> The chain that came in the mail - I have never shortened a chain or put a link into a chain.

Thanks -
Keith
Almost there - :wai:

Greetings from Central PA!!!
You can grind the pin and use a punch to drive the pin out, add master link, and bada bing, bada boom.
Also, I need some CNC done, PM coming!!!

Here is a link to the CAD/CAM software I use -
http://www.vectric.com/WebSite/Vectric/vcp/whats_new/vcp_v6/whats_new_overview.htm

I could do aluminum but - I would have to order metal cutting bits, but simple answer is sure if I can cut it all from one side and the drawing is in SAE not metric. If I have to flip the material over, I am not good enough to realign it with the cutter and have both side match evenly yet. I need more practice with that part still.

Make sense?

I used to CNC aluminum when I lived in England. Since I came back to the US, I mostly been focusing on wood.

The master link that comes with the chain to link it together, the pins are not long enough to fit through the thing.

What can I just put through the hole I have to attach it with without using the link that came with the pin?

Thanks -
