I just ordered it from the jungle site.
The cg200 came with a pz27. It leaked and a new china pz27 was so cheap I just got a new one. Used it for a bit and after the cam and head work I couldn't get it tuned. The adjustment screws were nonexistent. Just needle height and idle.
I decided to get the nibbi 28mm.
It was quite a bit bigger. Interior bore was highly polished. The slide was polished. The jets are keihn so easy to get replaced. It came with 2 extra mains and an extra idle jets which was nice. And it's Purdy too!
I have more pics in my thread but here you can see the slide and the bore polish.

I got it working one of the jets was not working it now idles okay bit sputtery and throttle response is okay I adjusted the air fuel screw the wrong way because on this carb out is more fuel and I was tightening it so I got it run with out choke to and I have to adjust the needle to stop the bogging with throttle

Usually air screws adjust air.
In rich, out lean.

Which side of the butterfly is the screw on?
Usually air screws are before and fuel screws are after.

Fuel screws are in lean and out rich.

Post a pic of your carb.
